Shipping & Returns

Orders are processed & shipped on Fridays, once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification via email with your tracking information.

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail & Parcel Force. If you would like to expedite the delivery, send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate.

Packaging, where possible, is reused, if new it is 100% recyclable and plastic free.

UK

Orders are shipped on a first class signed & tracked service. Delivery within 1-2 days — including Saturdays.

EU & INTL

Orders are sent international signed & tracked service. Delivery can be expected within 3-5 working days for EU shipments, and 5-7 for international.

• Shipments outside of the EU may incur additional taxes or import charges. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient

To return or exchange your purchase, please do so with 14 days of receiving your order
